Here is a video of the New Year's Eve party that was held in Amsterdam, at the Museumplein (Museum Square). Painfully cold but amazingly, it snowed during the countdown party!
Also, while walking around the city, i managed to snap some photos of the city and its buildings - do look at its architecture and design - and of course, the gorgeous canals that snake through this vibrant city. I had dinner at the Turkish Doner place and it costs like 3.50euros (approximately SGD$7), and because the serving was pretty filling for me, it's not so bad.
Weather is expected to be cold too, if not colder than today, in the coming days so i guess i'm resigning to staying indoors where central heating becomes God's greatest gift.
Sweetheart! Looks like you're destined to fit into the Amsterdam City of Life! Oh how I love the architecture. And girl... You are totally working that coat and hat. Very Nice! ;) Hahaha... It's getting colder over here next week... Time to layer up and YESSS Thank God for heaters. Lol! Well, enjoy your stay in Amsterdam... and the experience that comes with it.

hey love, good to hear back from you. i will definitely be checking back on this blog. i think my body is adapted to the cold after 5 years... im layering less and less each year. BUT this week's ARTIC FREEZE that's blowing this way is going to be chii-llll-yyyy! LOL! so we'll see how it goes... hopefully i wont turn into an ice-cube.
